Transformational Remote Coaching Conversations

Virtual and remote coaching can pose unique communication and engagement challenges. The complex signals we process (often unconsciously) when we are face-to-face are inaccessible when remote, phone etiquette can get in our way, and designing for engagements that achieve depth and participation beyond conversation can be challenging. Coaches will explore together how to evolve our approach to achieve transformational engagements via remote and virtual means. Through a focus on how we intentionally enter the conversation and structure for maximum engagement, coaches will learn and share strategies to increase the impact of remote sessions.
