Virtual Training: Empowering Exploration in Remote Coaching Sessions

Prerequisite - In order to attend this training, you must have attended one of the following FFTI coaching training in the past: Asset-Based Coaching, Strength-Based Coaching, or Advanced Coaching Techniques.
Guiding our client’s exploration is a pivotal part of coaching but doing so in the virtual medium brings its own challenges. Virtual coaching requires an enhanced intentionality in how we adapt our coaching practice to empower and guide our clients. Through this two part virtual training, experienced coaches will consider how we adapt our remote coaching session to gain the depth needed to foster exploration essential for transformation.
After attending this training, you will be able to:
- Employ strategies to get deeper in your remote coaching sessions
- Assess crux of a client’s barrier through a root cause analysis
- Support clients in translating exploration into action
- Enhance accountability through planning for pitfalls and designing nudges
