The public benefits system can be confusing and, up until now, one of the only ways to learn the system was via experience. Through this webinar, gain an overall understanding of the public benefits system and how to make referrals to public benefits programs. This new course is designed for new to intermediate case managers or job developers.
After attending this training, you will be able to:
- Identify which benefits are automatic eligibility qualifiers for the workforce development system
- Navigate the appeal benefits denial process
- Make an effective referral to a public benefits program
